Roundtable Dinner: Our Future City

Roundtable Dinner: Our Future City

The scale of investment into the city's homes over the coming decade or more is vast. New build and retrofit. Major infrastructure led investment to capitalise on HS2 and estate based neighbourhood regeneration.

How can we work together, across sectors to make it happen? - and to make sure that the investment benefits Birmingham’s future generations in terms of the homes, employment and skills it can offer?

Do we have capacity in the industry regionally and nationally to deliver?

What innovation do we need in terms of technology, planning, funding, processes and procurement to accelerate delivery?

And how do we make sure we don’t leave communities behind?

This Dinner will bring together key figures from across Government, public, Housing Association and private sectors for a facilitated Chatham House discussion on the opportunities and challenges we face.

It will be written up within the Housing Week report with an action plan for how we can work better together in partnership to make the City’s plans a reality.
